EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

You can return the product within 7 days or exchange it within 14 days if it is in the same condition as when you received it. To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the request form found inside your package, providing the necessary information in the designated section, and send it back using Yurtiçi Kargo (Domestic Cargo).

*The shipping fee for returns and exchanges initiated by Wabi Sabi is covered by the company. However, the sender is responsible for covering the shipping fee for the returned or exchanged item.
