Wabi Sabi will send you a confirmation email once your order and payment are received.
For all online purchases from Wabi Sabi, excluding products that are made to order, orders are usually shipped within 2-4 business days.

Products that are made to order have a production time of 10 days. This information will be specified in the product description. After the specified delivery date on the product page, these items will be delivered to you within 1 week. You will be provided with a tracking number for your shipment once the package is dispatched. All domestic shipments are eligible for free shipping.
